Khamaaj Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of any personally identifiable information that we collect. This Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal data at Khamaaj.
This Policy is not the Terms of Use for Khamaaj, which is a separate document. The Terms of Use outlines the legal contract between you and Khamaaj for using the Khamaaj Service, including the rules of Khamaaj and your user rights.

Third Party Websites

Information we collect directly from you
Registration Information: When you register for an account with Khamaaj or update your account, we may collect your name, profile name, email address, street address, phone number, gender, date of birth, occupation and password. Information you directly share: Any information you directly share on the website such as information shared in comments or blog posts shall be stored with us and we may display the same indefinitely subject to our editorial judgement and your rights as per this policy.
Information we collect passively when you interact with us
Usage data: whenever you interact with the Khamaaj Service, we collect usage information which includes your browsing history, language preferences, search queries, playlists, account settings, streaming history, etc.

C.
